- Payment information: processed and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner — we never see or store your card details
- Subscription preferences: tier, gifting details, account notes
- Usage data: pages visited, browser/device type (via standard web analytics)

- To fulfil and ship your subscription each month
- To process your monthly subscription payments
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account emails
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the website and our products
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
- Payment processor — a PCI-DSS compliant payment partner handles all card payments. Your payment data is subject to their privacy policy.
- Airtable — stores subscriber and shipping details
- Resend — sends order and account emails
- Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google” to log in (we receive your email address)
- Cloudflare — DNS and email routing
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function, such as the cookie that keeps you logged in to your account for up to 30 days. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights

8. Security
We use HTTPS across the entire site. Payment data is handled exclusively by our payment partner’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never see or store card numbers or CVVs.

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
