1. About Us

Katmail Dispatch (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a monthly snail mail subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription

Katmail Dispatch is a monthly subscription. You are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of your first order. You can choose an ongoing plan, which renews each month until you cancel, or a fixed plan of 3, 6 or 12 months, which is billed monthly and ends automatically after its final month.

We offer two tiers:

• Dispatch — $11/month. Includes monthly mail items. Month 1 includes a one-time birch plywood base welcome kit (+$12).
• Window Collector — $44/month. Includes monthly mail items plus a complete new Window diorama set every month.

3. Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. We accept major credit and debit cards. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month for the length of your plan, or until you cancel an ongoing plan.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

If a monthly payment fails, we will retry it automatically. If it still cannot be collected, your subscription is paused until your payment details are updated.

4. Order Cut-off & Shipping

Orders placed by the 20th of the month ship on the 1st of the following month. Orders placed after the 20th will ship the month after that.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; any month you have already paid for will still be shipped. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. We do not offer refunds on dispatched items except in cases of damage or fulfilment error.

7. Product Descriptions

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific item is unavailable. Monthly surprise items vary and are not guaranteed to be the same each month.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including illustrations, copy, and design — is owned by Katmail Dispatch and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katmail Dispatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
