Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — email us at hello@katmaildispatch.com to be notified when it launches.
When We Ship
Dispatches ship on the 1st of each month via USPS First Class Mail.
- Subscribe by the 20th → your first dispatch ships the following 1st.
- Subscribe after the 20th → your first dispatch ships the month after that.
Delivery Estimates
USPS First Class Mail typically delivers within 3–7 business days within the US. Delivery times may vary around holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping within the US is included in the subscription price. There are no additional shipping charges.
Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Log into your account or email us at hello@katmaildispatch.com before the 20th of the month. We cannot redirect parcels once shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your dispatch is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at hello@katmaildispatch.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order details and a photo if the item is damaged, and we will arrange a replacement.
